Position: Teaching Assistant Location: St. Helens Start Date: ASAP Role Overview: As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our teachers and nurturing the educational development of our students. Your responsibilities will include providing one-on-one assistance to students, aiding in lesson preparation, and creating a positive and inclusive learning environment. Key Responsibilities: Provide individualised support to students with varying abilities and needs. Assist teachers in delivering engaging and interactive lessons. Foster a supportive and inclusive learning environment. Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement effective teaching strategies. Monitor student progress and provide feedback to teachers. Maintain a safe and orderly classroom environment. Requirements: An Enhanced DBS or the willingness to obtain one. A genuine passion for education and a desire to work with children. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively as part of a team. Previous experience working with children is preferred but not required.
