Senior Quantity Surveyor

Due to their successful growth, Contract Scotland are working closely with a busy specialist sub-contractor based in Glasgow to source a Senior / Managing Quantity Surveyor to join their team. They pride themselves on delivering high-quality projects with a diverse range of clients across the public and private sectors. Key duties: - Preparing and submitting tenders, estimates, and proposals. - Negotiating and managing contracts with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors. - Providing commercial guidance and support to project teams. - Identifying commercial risks and opportunities. - Monitoring project budgets and financial performance. To be considered for this role, you will have a commercial background within the construction industry, demonstrable Quantity Surveying experience, working knowledge of construction contracts and procurement, and experience managing and supporting multiple projects.
