Export Coordinator

Role description depending on experience Export operations and Exports Administration Customer Services Issue sales invoicing to customers according to agreements and check and pass purchase invoices Take bookings and create in our internal software Liaise with transport planners and shipping lines All aspects of full load export operations including oncall rota Completing Export Customs Clearances using Descartes/Destin8 Completing Export Transit Documentation using Descartes Person specification: Ideally 1-3 Years Experience in a similar role A confident and approachable person A high level of organisation and attention to detail Customer focussed with the determination and willingness to deliver an excellent level of service Good decision-making skills, ability to evaluate, prioritise and plan while responding to quickly changing workloads A methodical, logical approach with good problem-solving abilities, able to work on their own initiative within a time critical setting and as part of a team IT literate A willingness to learn other roles in the team to build on personal experience ADZN1_UKTJ
