They are now seeking a Claims Coordinator to join their busy team based in Hertfordshire . The primary responsibility of this role is to assist claims managers in handling claims , with a view to developing your skills and progressing into a Claims Manager position. Additionally, you will provide administrative support to theinsurance department as needed and assist in the management of motor and employer liability (EL) claims . Experience in an office or administrative role is essential , with strong data entry skills and a commitment to delivering excellent customer service . This is an fantastic opportunity to join a reputable company within a dynamic and niche industry , offering a clear path for progression. Responsibilities: Assist with insured claims across the network Enter settlement details onto banking system for payment Premium & claim reporting to Baxendales for all network companies on a monthly basis Supplying all requested information to Baxendales auditors during the annual audit process Personal Attributes: Accurate data input is essential Must have office / admin experience Customer focused with ability to sympathetically interact with customers in order to best resolve their claims Structured and organised with good attention to detail A flexible approach and positive attitude An organised and proactive approach
