Position Overview: As an Experienced Cover Supervisor, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth delivery of education when teachers are unavailable. This dynamic role involves delivering pre-planned lessons, managing classroom behavior effectively, and fostering a positive learning atmosphere for students across a range of subjects. Key Responsibilities: Deliver pre-prepared lessons confidently, ensuring student engagement and participation. Maintain a supportive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes learning. Apply strong behavior management strategies to address classroom disruptions effectively. Support the progress and development of all students, including those with Special Educational Needs (SEN). Collaborate with teaching staff and school leadership to ensure continuity in students' learning experiences. Requirements: Essential: A minimum of 1 year of UK-based experience working in schools. Strong classroom management skills and the ability to adapt to different learning environments. Excellent communication skills with a professional and approachable demeanor. A positive and proactive attitude, coupled with a passion for education. The ability to create engaging and structured learning spaces. Job Types: We offer both full-time and part-time opportunities to suit your schedule. Pay: £110.00 - £145.00 per day, dependent on experience and qualifications.
