If you thrive in a dynamic environment and are detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to influence market trends, this could be the perfect role for you Key Responsibilities: Range Selection: Assist the Buyer in data-driven range planning, aligning product choices with seasonal trends and customer demands. Supplier Management: Build and maintain strong supplier relationships, support negotiations, and ensure smooth operations. Market Analysis: Conduct market research and trend analysis to inform buying decisions, keeping us ahead of competitors. Sales & Performance Reporting: Track sales performance, provide actionable insights, and drive category profitability. Marketing Coordination: Work closely with the marketing team to ensure accurate and timely promotion of key products. Stock Management: Oversee stock levels, manage turnover, and minimise waste through strategic planning. What Were Looking For: Experience: Experience as an Assistant Buyer or in a similar role with ecommerce / retail experience. Familiarity with product categories such as Appliances or Electricals is a plus. Skills: Strong analytical skills, negotiation abilities, excellent organisational skills, and effective communication with internal teams and suppliers. Behaviours: A highly organised individual who pays attention to detail, is open-minded, eager to learn, and ambitious.
