We are currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join our team. Day-to-day of the role: Assist in the implementation of individualized education plans (IEPs) for students. Support classroom activities and provide one-on-one assistance to students as needed. Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment. Monitor and document student progress, providing feedback to teachers and parents. Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and other professionals to ensure comprehensive support for students. Participate in training and professional development opportunities. Required Skills & Qualifications: Previous experience working with children in an educational setting is preferred. Relevant qualifications or training in education. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for supporting students.
