Location : Bristol - Charlton Farm Job Type : Full time Contract Type : Permanent Hours : 37 hours per week Salary : £24,900 - £27,592 per annum Mon - Fri (there will also be a requirement to help provide occasional out of hours emergency cover for Charlton Farm, which will be paid) Join our team for a rewarding career – 98% of staff agree that they are proud to work for CHSW.? What you will be doing: We are seeking a qualified and experienced tradesperson who will work as part of a small, friendly maintenance team at Charlton Farm, near Bristol. The successful candidate will help take responsibility for the effective and safe maintenance of Charlton Farm. About you: You will have experience in basic plumbing, building decorating skills along with a good understanding of Health and Safety and ideally qualified in a particular trade. You will also have a positive, proactive and energetic approach, with effective organisational and communication skills. A full UK driving licence is essential.
