Our integrated model sees brand, digital, social, influencer, experiential and research experts sitting side by side, working together on major brands from FMCG, to Automotive, to Wellness, to Energy, Government, Health and more, to solve their marketing challenges. This will give you the opportunity to collaborate to develop strategies and inspire ideas that work across the full suite of marketing levers. We are looking for an ambitious Strategy Director to join our talented team. The ideal candidate will be experienced at solving brand and comms conundrums strategically and inspiring great integrated creative ideas and campaigns across POES channels. Ideally you will: Have several years’ experience working as a strategist either in a full-service, or social/digital led advertising agency. You might currently be a senior strategist ready to step up to Strat Director, or already a Strategy Director looking for a new challenge. Demonstrate a proven ability to think in a brand led integrated full funnel way - strategically and creatively – is a must. A core deliverable for this role is to help create omni channel, full funnel POES marcomms that demonstrably deliver on brand, comms, behavioural and commercial objectives. Understand how brands are built, how to keep them relevant and how communications works, across channels and platforms (theory, models and practice). Understand how to plan and execute modern marketing campaigns – especially the roles of different techniques, channels and platforms across POES inc social channels, and beyond inc. influencer, content creator, paid ad units. Be comfortable working with media agencies to deliver cohesive campaigns that balance efficiency and effectiveness and maximise media and partnership opportunities to enhance creative impact. Be experienced at using research (desk, secondary, and primary) to identify learnings and actionable insights to drive, create, track and optimise effective strategies and campaigns. Have some experience of behaviour change campaigns and behavioural economics would be an advantage. Possess an insatiable interest in learning and staying on top of trends, conversation and models across consumer, category and communications. Be confident and competent – able to work independently and as part of a team (agency and client teams), with strong interpersonal skills, communication skills (written, aural, presenting), and analytical skills.
