Job Description

Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Support to the Sales Team is the core function Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries, providing prompt and professional assistance (Front desk, telephonically and written communication) Process orders, invoices, and other administrative tasks efficiently Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions Resolve customer concerns and escalate issues when necessary to ensure satisfaction Criteria: Matric Proven experience in a customer service / administrative role Highly motivated with a proactive, can-do attitude Customer service-oriented with exceptional communication skills Fluency in English and Afrikaans Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and general office systems Reliable, sincere, and approachable personality Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment ONLY CANDIDATES RESIDING IN OR NEAR CAPE TOWN'S NORTHERN SUBURBS WILL BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS ROLE
