Job Description
Role and Responsibilities: The RewardsConsultant will be required to develop, review, coordinate and implement effective strategies, procedures and programs related to compensation and benefits Key Responsibilities: Build rewards relevant and tailored to Internal ANSR Talent Deliver high quality, effective solutions in the following areas: Market benchmarking (Compensation / Benefits) Pay ranges design & implementation Benefits design Budgeting / annual cycle management Compensation structuring Statutory impact & related updates Manage C&B project modules independently Present solutions and recommendations independently in a structured and articulate manner to internal team Collate, analyze and create thought papers on the state of the market Experience and Requirements: Required Experience and Skills: 10 years of experience in a compensation role Strong communication skills and ability to present complex data / insights High level of proficiency in MS Office Regional / global experience in C&B Preferred Experience and Skills: Proficiency in data management / visualization tools suite like Flow, Sharepoint / Tableau, PowerBI would be an added advantage University degree in HR with a Masters / MBA strongly required Associated experiences across HR would be a strong bonus Required Competencies: Technical Expertise: Compensation & Benefits exposure as outlined above Written and Verbal Communication: Delivers clear, effective communication and takes responsibility for understanding others. Carefully listens to the needs of stakeholders to implement solutions that address their specific needs Trustworthy: Develops strong relationships with their stakeholders, based on integrity and trust Ethical Standards: Act in an honest and trustworthy manner in all interactions. Ensure company policies, programs, and culture reflect a high integrity environment
