Duties: Greet and assist patients, providing exceptional customer service at all times. Schedule appointments, manage patient records, and ensure accurate and timely data entry. Answer phone calls and inquiries, addressing patient needs and forwarding calls as necessary. Collaborate with the medical team to ensure smooth clinic operations and patient flow. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the reception area and waiting room. Requirements: Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a healthcare setting. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
