AlertSystems have a Sales Ledger vacancy (100% site based) Sales Ledger role - Producing invoices and credit notes Chasing outstanding debt Dealing with customer queries in a professional and timely manner Running customer statements Customer credit checking Providing month end customer reports Ad hoc duties as required including taking credit card payments over the phone Essential skills for the Sales Ledger– Previous experience of working in Sales Ledger is desirable (preferably 1 years). Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Numerical competency. Proficient in using Microsoft Office. Good keyboard skills. For the Sales Ledger AlertSystems offers - 37.5 hours per week Monday to Friday (site based). £24,000 p.a. - £26,000 p.a. 22 days holiday per annum (increasing with length of service) Bank Holidays an extra day off for your birthday.
