Our client has an exciting opportunity for an Operations Manager to join the team. Specialising in heavy engineering solutions using steam systems they produce a range of bespoke and off-the-shelf products. As such they are looking for a talented Operations Manager to lead the manufacturing operations to new heights. Operations Manager - The Role: The role is vital to the future success of the business. As the Operations Manager, you will be at the heart of all manufacturing operations, overseeing daily production, managing operational budgets, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards and driving continuous improvement. You will play a pivotal role in streamlining processes, managing resources, and mentoring a skilled workforce.
