National Operations Manager

Natonal Operations Manager (overseeing 3/4 sites) Production / Heavy Industry Experience Required Days Up to £65,000 We are currently looking for a dedicated National Operations Manager to join an World Wide Manufacturing company. The National Operations Manager will work with European Operations Manager and all Operational Teams to ensure that all business needs are met. Key Responsibilities: Reporting to the European Operations Manager, the position will form part of the European network of National Operations Managers to implement the strategic operational approach of the wider business The main purpose is to maintain and improve the health & safety performance of the National Dry Mortar business Work with a team of Operational Managers at multiple plants and expanding centres to :- To ensure that the business has a structured approach to comply with Internal and external regulations and internal safety requirements Improve the production capacity due to reduction in production downtime Enhance capacity due to improvements in process control systems & IT changes Reduce expenditure on our plants whilst maintaining the above - ensuring that compliance with budgetary controls are met Develop KPI's with Line Manager and Team members to deliver the above Suggest Improvements to their production facilities for potential CAPEX and if awarded, deliver those projects in safe, timely manner within budgetary constraints with the team Requirements: Heavy Indsutry Background NEBOSH / IOSH Engineering / Production Experience & Qualifications In return for your commitment my client offers a stable and secure career for a technically motivated engineer.
