Wellington College – Head of Student and Alumni Careers Wellington College is one of the world's leading co-educational boarding and day schools located in rural Berkshire set in a stunning 400-acre campus, home to a blend of breathtaking original architecture and modern state-of-the-art facilities to provide the best possible education environment for our pupils. We have an exciting opportunity within our Community department who are looking for an innovative, enthusiastic and dynamic Head of Student and Alumni Careers & Life-skills Programme (aka The Life Beyond Wellington programme). This unique opportunity will be integral to the Wellington educational offer. About the role: You will be responsible for designing and leading a sector-defining comprehensive careers and life-skills programme, supporting students from Year 9 to Year 13 and further developing our careers and professional networking programme for our alumni. You will join a dynamic and pioneering team on a full time, non-teaching, term time plus basis (35 hours per week, 36 weeks per year). However, for the right candidate hours can be negotiable and flexible. This is a 2 year fixed-term contract. Proven ability to collaborate with diverse teams and manage relationships with external stakeholders and industry professionals.
