Trainee Administrator

We have an exciting opportunity for a Trainee Administrator to join a friendly team working from our Bury St Edmunds office. This is a Level 3 Business Administration Apprenticeship for 18 months and a fantastic way to begin a new career whilst working towards a qualification. This is an opportunity to complete a Level 3 Business Administration Apprenticeship getting practical experience while being an integral part of the team. Duties include: Inbox management, ensuring incoming communications are responded to in a timely manner Support the Senior Management Team with a range of administrative tasks Rotate across all departments completing administrative tasks Maintain and reviewing filing systems to ensure information is current and available Support the effective running of the office Provide ad hoc project support Other ad hoc administrative tasks commensurate with the grade of the role We’re looking for the following in applications: A driven attitude with the desire to succeed Good IT skills, particularly in the use of Microsoft Office and Outlook Strong organisation skills and close attention to detail Excellent written and verbal communication skills Motivated to deliver a high quality of work Bringing together two trusted housebuilding brands, Tilia Homes and Hopkins Homes, untypical aims to make a positive difference to the UK housebuilding market and help to provide greater access to homes which are affordable for buyers.
