The firm is currently looking to hire an experienced Associate/Case handler to join its Social Housing Technical Claims Team, which has recently expanded. The ideal candidate must have experience in housing management, including both litigated and pre-litigation cases. This position requires collaborating with Partners on complex housing management claims, involving high value and technical challenges, as well as communicating with barristers and experts The firm is looking for a driven and detail-oriented individual with ambition to deliver top-notch service to their clients as they are receiving a consistent stream of new matters from current clients The Candidate A qualified solicitor or Caseworker with a minimum of 3 years experience in housing litigation Ideally will have a similar background in housing management litigation Must have excellent level of client care Must have a high standard of verbal and numerical reasoning Must have the ability to analyse, evaluate and communicate information logically Have proficient IT skills Understanding of anti-social behaviour claims and injunctions, possession proceedings, housing disrepair, housing related personal injury claims and statutory nuisance claims The Benefits and How to Apply Competitive Salary - up to £70,000 depending on Experience Superb working environment 25 days annual leave plus Bank Holidays – plus the option to buy up to an additional days Hybrid approach to working Flexible working Generous company pension Private health & life insurance Ongoing training and development Supportive working environment Accessible to public transport Apply in the strictest of confidence online or via telephone – there is no need for a CV for an initial conversation.
