The Role: Recruitment Consultant Location: Hybrid (2-3 days a week in our Manchester office) Salary: £55k Base Uncapped Commission What We’re Looking For: ✅ 2 years’ experience in 360 recruitment or business development. ✅ Experience in Tech / SaaS recruitment (AI, Data, ML, Product). ✅ Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment. ✅ Focus on winning new clients across the UK/US market (70% of our revenue comes from the US).
