The Details In this key role, you will work closely with the CEO and COO, driving initiatives that are integral to the company’s mission. You’ll enjoy a varied role where no two days are the same, taking ownership of tasks that span project coordination, executive support, and operational management. This is an opportunity to make a meaningful impact while working in a progressive and collaborative setting that values innovation and personal growth The Role Plan, manage, and oversee multiple projects, ensuring alignment with company objectives and deadlines. Collaborate with the CEO and COO to execute high-priority initiatives and address ad hoc challenges. Coordinate with the lab team to streamline operations and support daily functions. Prioritise and delegate tasks effectively while maintaining oversight and accountability. Serve as a key communicator, bridging the gap between executives, lab staff, and external stakeholders. Maintain comprehensive project documentation, timelines, and progress reports to ensure clarity and transparency. Required Skills Proven experience in project management or coordination, ideally within a fast-paced environment. Exceptional organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse teams and stakeholders. Experience working alongside senior leadership or in a support role to executives.
