M&E Site Manager Guildford £70,000 - £75,000 (Plus car allowance) Role Overview: We are currently looking for an M&E Site Manager to support on large scale projects based in Guildford. This is a permanent role with great opportunities to grow with the business. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate project teams, subcontractors, and clients to ensure progress aligns with schedules. Manage milestones, track instructions, and oversee installation drawings for smooth commissioning and handover. Monitor performance of engineering staff and subcontractors to meet quality and program requirements. Ensure adherence to safety standards, risk assessments, and compliance with ITPs. Proactively resolve Mechanical & Electrical issues and summarize lessons learned in project completion reports. Key Skills: Strong leadership and communication abilities to effectively manage stakeholders and teams. In-depth understanding of construction principles, health & safety procedures, and technical documentation. Proven ability to manage multi-million-pound projects, preferably in the water industry. Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint for reporting and coordination. Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking under pressure.
