Human Resources Advisor

Hybrid (4 days onsite) Salary circa £43,000pa DOE Full-time Are you an experienced HR professional looking for your next challenge? Iconic Resourcing is delighted to be supporting a client in recruiting an HR Advisor for a 12-month fixed-term contract. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, providing essential HR support and contributing to exciting projects. What You’ll Do: Provide expert HR advice to managers and employees. Manage employee relations and absence cases. Lead recruitment and onboarding activities. Update and maintain the HRIS and produce reports. Support employee engagement initiatives and wellbeing programmes. Administer benefits and assist with payroll processes. What We’re Looking For: Proven experience in a similar HR role. CIPD qualification (or working towards) is desirable. Strong attention to detail and communication skills.
