Product Owner

Product Owner opportunity with an established SaaS business in the MarTech space. This is a full-time, hybrid position with one day a week in London. If you have experience in MarTech and are looking for a varied, hands-on role with plenty of responsibility and autonomy within a close working team, this is an opportunity you should consider. You’ll be tasked with helping our client transition from having a client-led development roadmap to a product-led approach. This includes being responsible for defining and prioritising features that align with our client’s long-term strategy while ensuring they continue to support client-specific needs. You’ll be adept at gathering client insights and translating them into product features that add value to both individual clients and the overall user base. The business itself is an innovative SaaS company with an enterprise cloud platform used by marketing teams to rapidly expand services across channels and launch into new markets. The successful candidate will possess strong expertise in product management, client engagement, and hands-on experience in the marketing outsourcing sector. You will interact closely with clients, prioritise requirements, and help shape a roadmap that balances strategic and customer-driven work. Flexibility is key in balancing client-specific requests with the overarching product strategy. An interest in AI is essential, and previous experience in introducing AI to a product is highly desirable. About the role : Lead the transition from a client-led to a product-led roadmap Define and communicate a clear product vision, goals, and priorities Collaborate with stakeholders to create and maintain a prioritised product backlog Engage directly with clients to understand their needs and gather detailed requirements for product-wide and client-specific work, prioritising features Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, and Client Services to ensure critical client needs are addressed while building a scalable, unified product Involvement in product redesign; helping coordinate new UI before reviewing the back end Drive the development of features that deliver long-term value and scalability for all clients while addressing immediate client-specific needs Act as the primary point of contact for Development teams, ensuring that features are well-defined, understood, and developed to meet client and product needs Coordinate product releases, ensuring client-facing teams and end-users are informed of new features, enhancements, and any client-specific updates Develop client-friendly documentation and release notes to support adoption and ease of use Conduct product demos, training sessions, and deliver updates for both internal and external stakeholders to communicate roadmap progress and newly released features About you : Several years’ experience in a Product Owner or similar role within a B2B SaaS environment Experience in managing both product-wide and client-specific features is essential Proven experience and expertise in the marketing outsourcing sector, with a deep understanding of its unique challenges and client needs Demonstrated ability to engage with clients to gather requirements, understand their needs, and manage expectations, ideally in a SaaS or technology-focused role Strong interest or understanding of AI technologies and keeping up to date with the latest technological trends Data-led approach to decision-making and when prioritising features Strong cross-functional team player who can work effectively with Development, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams Comfortable with a dynamic, evolving environment as the business transitions to a product-led approach, with the flexibility to adapt to client-specific needs within this framework On Offer : £60k - £65k dependent on experience Remote working one day a week/every other week in a London office 23 days holiday (additional days with continued service) Salary sacrifice electric car scheme available Opportunities for continuous learning and development
