SUMMARY As a Paid Search Strategist, you will play a crucial role in planning and implementing best-in-class paid search strategies to achieve our commercial goals. You will be responsible for managing our global campaigns across Google Ads and Microsoft Ads. This role requires hands-on experience in campaign setup, optimization, monitoring, and reporting to ensure optimal performance and ROI. KEY RESPONSABILITIES Develop and execute comprehensive paid social strategies to drive brand awareness, engagement and conversions. Manage day-to-day operations of global campaigns, including campaign setup, optimization, monitoring, and reporting. Continually audit and optimise performance across the account including Performance Max assets, ad copy, extensions, landing pages, targeting, audiences etc, to increase day to day efficiency and growth. Oversee and manage large budgets across multiple social campaigns, ensuring efficient allocation and maximum ROI. Collaborate with the content team to brief ad creative for campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and campaign objectives. Track conversion and pixel implementation, and manage pixel management to ensure accurate tracking and reporting. Work closely with the Head of Performance Marketing to set campaign goals and objectives, and be accountable for achieving and reporting on KPIs. Provide weekly and monthly reporting against goals using both in-platform analytics and our attribution tool, identifying insights and opportunities for optimization. WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field. Proven experience 3 years in developing and implementing paid search strategies, preferably in a global context. Proven experience in growing paid media channels for brands across a range of sectors Expert knowledge of running campaigns through Google Ads. Google ads certifications desirable. Proficiency in campaign setup, optimization, and monitoring across various ad formats. Experience managing large budgets and delivering measurable results. Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights. Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally with internal teams. Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality work in a fast-paced environment. Experience with attribution tools and advanced analytics preferred.
