Commercial Property Solicitor, Surrey, £50-£60k DOE, benefits bonus 1-day WFH My client is a thriving, forward-thinking regional law practice, who are looking for a Commercial Property Solicitor/CILEx to join their well-established team, recently ranked in Chambers 2025. The successful candidate will manage their own caseload (with support and supervision from an experienced partner) and handle a variety of work, including: Grants and assignments of leases Sales and purchase Property finance Options and development matters Independent legal advice The firm offers an enjoyable, friendly, and social working environment where every employee is valued and encouraged to develop and progress in their career. Requirements: Qualified Solicitor or CILEx with 1-2 years PQE in commercial property. Ambitious and keen to develop professionally.
