What You'll Do Expert Project Leadership Take ownership of performance-driven projects across our diverse client portfolio, becoming the go-to authority for paid media, performance marketing, and eCommerce strategies. Proactively monitor campaign performance, client communications, and third-party deliverables to identify growth opportunities, ensuring every project stays on track with your meticulous attention to detail. Strategic Administrative Oversight Lead the development of campaign proposals, performance reports, and strategic presentations, collaborating with internal teams to ensure alignment with client objectives. Ensure timely delivery of actionable insights and materials, facilitating review sessions with the Client Services Director and other key stakeholders. Play an active role in client meetings, ensuring follow-ups are effectively communicated and actioned promptly. Collaborative Team Support Support your team in managing challenges, maintaining project timelines, and delivering exceptional client outcomes by applying your organisational skills and marketing expertise. Coordinate with media buyers, creative teams, and data analysts to optimise campaign performance across platforms such as Meta, Google, and emerging channels. Proactive Client Engagement Create and maintain robust client relationships through consistent and meaningful communication. Develop and execute monthly communication plans and weekly performance summaries, ensuring clients are engaged, informed, and confident in your stewardship Who You Are Experienced Account Manager: You have a strong track record in managing media, performance marketing, or eCommerce accounts, ideally within an agency setting. Performance-Focused: Adept at analysing campaign data, you can confidently discuss metrics like ROAS, CTR, CPA, and conversion rates with clients and internal teams. Detail-Oriented Multitasker: You excel at managing multiple projects and deadlines without compromising on quality. Skilled Communicator: You’re confident presenting strategies, performance insights, and growth recommendations to clients and stakeholders. Tech-Savvy Marketer: Familiar with paid media platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, pMax), analytics tools, and eCommerce platforms, with an eye on emerging trends. Proactive Problem-Solver: Self-motivated with a client-first mentality, you consistently take the initiative to deliver exceptional results.
