Derivatives Lawyer

Interim Lawyer – Derivatives & Structured Finance Location: London (Hybrid Working) Duration: 3–6 months (Immediate Start) We are working with a leading global law firm looking to hire an experienced Associate to join their Derivatives and Structured Finance team on an interim basis. The Role You will work on a variety of high-profile matters, including: Complex OTC derivatives transactions. Derivatives clearing and hedging (particularly in project financings and securitisations). Repos, securities lending, repackagings, and structured finance transactions. About You Qualified solicitor in a common-law jurisdiction. Experience in cross-border derivatives or structured finance transactions, ideally within a leading City law firm. Strong academic background, commercial awareness, and ability to work both independently and as part of a team. What’s on Offer Competitive daily rate (depending on experience).
