About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Automation Controls Engineer to join our growing team. Key Responsibilities: Design, program, and commission PLC, SCADA, HMI, and DCS systems for complex automation projects. Troubleshoot and optimise automation control systems, ensuring high performance, reliability, and efficiency. Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to integrate and refine automation solutions, ensuring seamless system operation. Ensure systems meet all industry standards, safety requirements, and regulatory compliance, maintaining high-quality standards. Provide ongoing technical support, training, and comprehensive documentation to ensure smooth system operation and future upgrades. Requirements: Degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation, or a related field, or equivalent hands-on experience in industrial automation. Proven expertise in PLC programming (e.g., Siemens, Allen-Bradley) and control system design. Solid understanding of SCADA, HMI, and industrial communication protocols (e.g., Modbus, Ethernet/IP). Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to diagnose complex issues and implement effective solutions. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and clients while managing multiple projects and deadlines.
