About the Role As the Marketing Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our marketing operations while managing digital campaigns and social media presence. You'll work collaboratively to enhance brand visibility, engage with our community, and ensure effective implementation of marketing initiatives. Key Responsibilities Email Campaign Management: Assist in planning and executing email marketing calendars with the Brand Manager Create compelling content for email campaigns and manage automated flows using Klaviyo Schedule and monitor email marketing campaign performance Support the optimization of email marketing strategies Social Media and Content Management: Plan and organize social media content calendars across platforms Create and schedule engaging content while monitoring community engagement Coordinate brand collaborations, including giveaways and product partnerships Maintain consistent brand voice and messaging across all channels E-commerce Support: Manage product pages on DTC sites and Amazon Implement campaigns and banners on e-commerce platforms Provide customer service support and address queries Coordinate with warehouse and key contacts for operational efficiency Influencer and Ambassador Programs: Conduct organic outreach to expand brand reach Manage UGC and influencer strategy pipeline Support photoshoot planning and content strategy development Coordinate product shipments for influencers and ambassadors Creative Campaign and Event Management: Assist in planning and organizing creative campaign shoots Capture and edit content for various marketing channels Plan and execute brand events Coordinate with event organizers for brand awareness initiatives Requirements Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field Previous marketing experience, preferably in consumer goods industry Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Proficiency in email marketing tools, particularly Klaviyo Excellent written and verbal communication skills Creative mindset with content creation abilities Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud Suite, Canva, and video editing software Experience with social media platforms and management tools Knowledge of e-commerce platforms (Shopify) and customer service tools (Zendesk) Strong team collaboration abilities Nice-to-Have Experience in men's grooming or personal care industry Knowledge of marketing analytics and reporting tools Background in influencer marketing Experience with marketing automation platforms Understanding of SEO principles Photography or videography skills What We Offer Competitive salary 22 days of annual leave plus bank holidays and your birthday Flexible working arrangements (3 days remote, 2 days in office) Pension benefits Professional development budget and opportunities Chance to significantly impact the marketing strategy of a dynamic, growing company Interested candidates should submit their CV and a cover letter detailing their experience in digital marketing, social media management, and e-commerce support, along with examples of campaigns they've contributed to in relevant markets.
