Family built, its ethos of trust, loyalty, and craftsmanship ensures every product is designed to be cherished for generations. The Opportunity The company continues to execute its growth strategy. This newly created role of Head of e-Commerce marks a pivotal step in developing its digital presence and online sales channel. As part of a close-knit management team, the new Head of e-Commerce will drive the e-commerce capability to both increase overall digital presence and convert the current and large number of in-store customer to online shoppers. Through this they will drive customer engagement and retention across both channels. Key objectives and responsibilities in the role will include: - Overall optimisation and management of e-commerce operations - Driving revenue growth through digital marketing - Enhancement of customer engagement across all channels - Growth of customer retention and loyalty - Collaboration with supply chain to ensure efficient inventory management and customer fulfilment - Technology and customer support development - Management of advanced analytics tools to derive consumer insights and recommend improvements - Community and social integration to generate content, engaging with social media, influencers and external partners What We’re Looking For We are seeking an experienced, hands-on e-commerce professional who is able to drive and develop digital sales strategies in a high growth business. You will have experience of both developing creative strategies to drive online growth in a multi-channel environment, and also have had accountability for ‘doing the doing’. The ideal candidate will bring: - Significant experience of ‘hands-on e-commerce management’, ideally within fashion or luxury goods, although we will consider broader consumer industry backgrounds. - Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a relevant professional field. - Proficiency in e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento) and digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, SEO platforms, CRM systems). - Demonstrable success in driving revenue growth and customer acquisition online and evidence of driving growth in a multi-channel environment. - Exceptional communication and leadership skills with a customer-centric mindset. - An engaging, personable and proactive attitude, with low-ego and a willingness to take on tasks and accountabilities with an energetic and enthusiastic manner. - The ability to collaborate and work as part of a team, with a strong work ethic.
