Senior UX/UI Designer

WRK digital are partnered with one of the world's leading music licensing platforms for video professional that are seeking a Senior UX/UI Designer to join their expanding team. This position will play an integral role in the evolution and innovation of their platforms. As Senior UX/UI Designer, you will join their Product team and work closely with the Product Owner and CEO to design world-class UI, features, and pages. You will collaborate with the Development teams and Graphic Designers to ensure a seamless, integrated process that leverages the team's diverse talents and ideas. Your main focus will be to create a user experience that users love while driving product and commercial success through innovative features and UI enhancements. You'll bring the latest UX standards and best practices to the team, championing great design across all devices. This is a hybrid role with three days per week in their newly renovated contemporary office in the centre of Leeds. As Senior UX/UI Designer, you will be responsible for: Leading the creation of world-leading feature designs, user flows, pages and interactions that end users will love. Establishing excellence in the product design processes and be the leading advocate for UX standards within the team. Driving innovation and continual improvement across their products and user experience. Coordinating with Product, Development, Marketing, Creative, and Content teams. Leverage insights and data to inform and coordinate product development effectively. Creating clearly laid-out user journey designs and organise proposals for A/B testing. As Senior UX/UI Designer, you will have: A minimum of 5 years experience in web-app design, UX, and crafting user journeys that resonate with users. The ability to innovate and enhance app-style products, pushing the boundaries of design and functionality. Strong experience leading group discussions, presenting designs, and coordinating effectively across various departments and stakeholders. Experience with design tools such as Figma and an understanding of front-end development principles. A deep understanding of user-centred design principles and the ability to conduct user research and usability testing. The confidence to collaborate with developers, product managers, and other designers to achieve cohesive results. A passion for staying updated with the latest industry trends and technologies, and apply them to improve the user experience continuously.
