Data Centre CSA Manager - EMEA Location - Europe Salary - £100 - £130k package Our client a leading developer and operator of data centre infrastructure, is experiencing significant growth across the EMEA region. They are seeking a highly motivated and experienced CSA Manager to join their expanding team. As a CSA Manager, you will play a crucial role in the successful Civil, Structural and Architectural packages on site of their state-of-the-art data centres across EMEA. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the CSA process, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Key Responsibilities: Manage and coordinate all CSA activities for data centre projects across EMEA. Develop and implement CSA plans, procedures, and documentation. Lead and mentor a team of CSA engineers and technicians. Oversee testing, commissioning, and handover processes. Ensure compliance with all relevant safety and quality standards. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including contractors, vendors, and clients. Qualifications: Proven experience in CSA management within the data centre industry. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
