Key Responsibilities Advise on a variety of commercial real estate matters, including leases, landlord and tenant issues, development transactions, and property finance Work closely with clients, including institutional investors and financial institutions, on acquisitions, sales, and asset management projects Gain experience in areas such as renewable energy developments , clean energy projects , PFI/PPP projects , and mortgage securitisations Build and maintain strong client relationships while contributing to marketing and business development initiatives The Ideal Candidate 3-6 PQE with a strong commercial real estate background Experience in advising institutional investors , property funds , or other financial clients Exposure to renewable energy developments or clean energy projects Excellent communication, drafting, negotiating, and problem-solving skills Ability to collaborate effectively within a diverse, inclusive team Why Join?
