The Role: As an IAM Engineer, your work goes beyond securing systems - it's about creating seamless, user-centric solutions that balance accessibility with uncompromising security. You’ll design and maintain IAM frameworks that integrate effortlessly with diverse applications, shaping how people interact with technology. This role challenges you to think critically, from enforcing policies and resolving security issues to staying ahead of emerging threats and technologies. It’s about collaboration - working with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance, refine processes, and deliver impactful IAM training. You’ll turn complex technical solutions into clear strategies that resonate with stakeholders, leaving a lasting impact on the Public Sector’s digital landscape. Key Requirements: British National with SC or DV (Developed Vetting) security clearance. Assist in designing, implementing, and maintaining IAM solutions and system integrations. Support the development and enforcement of IAM policies, procedures, and access control activities. Monitor and analyse IAM systems, investigating and resolving issues. Participate in audits, compliance activities, and documentation of IAM processes. Aid in developing and delivering IAM training and awareness programs. Collaborate with cross-functional teams for effective IAM implementation and operation. Stay updated on emerging threats, technologies, and best practices, providing improvement recommendations. Effectively communicate solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences.
