Accounts Assistant

CMA is working closely with a steadily growing SME business based near Gosport, to help them recruit a newly created Accounts Assistant, to support with transactional procedures. This is an ideal opportunity for an AAT studier seeking a diverse role within a small, friendly team environment where personal development is welcome as the business continues to grow. What will the Accounts Assistant role involve: Mixed value credit control by phone and email. Using your excellent communication skills to forge excellent client relationships. Raising sales ledger invoices and dealing with all associated queries. Processing accounts payable invoices and performing payment runs. Credit Card reconciliations. Suitable candidate for the Accounts Assistant vacancy: Some prior experience in accounts, specifically with credit control or similar. Possess a flexible working approach and happy to take on additional duties as required. Studying towards AAT or equivalent desirable. Strong interpersonal and communication skills essential.
