Head of Office

You will be leading the already successful commercial and corporate teams in Bristol. This will give you an opportunity to work with some global corporate business along with mid market commercial so a real mix for you to get your teeth stuck into. If it’s a career you are looking for, then this will be right up your street and the current Head of Office has been promoted internally. Responsibilities' will include, full P& L responsibility, designing business plans aimed at achieving revenue, monitoring team performance against targets, developing the team and empowering them to achieve their goals. You will help build a network of clients, prospects and insurer contacts in the local area and also be responsible for managing a portfolio of major client accounts, acting as the main focal point for these. To be considered for this role you will already be working in the commercial insurance sector and have a track record in achieving targets, leading teams and having strong influential and motivational skills.
