Matters range from drafting general commercial agreements, more complex maritime and offshore projects to corporate matters including advising on corporate structures and vehicles. The team has been growing further recently and now has an opportunity for a senior associate to add further depth to the department. Work includes: advising in relation to ownership structures and sale and purchase agreements commercial matters such as charter contracts operation, repair and refit agreements recycling and reconditioning contracts contracts in relation to offshore projects eg involving everything from wind turbine to oil rigs.
