Based in Oxford, this is an exciting chance to join a family-focused practice and take ownership of the paraplanning function, contributing directly to the firm’s continued success. With approximately 200 valued client families, our client is dedicated to delivering bespoke, high-quality financial planning advice. This standalone role offers a unique opportunity to work autonomously, collaborate closely with advisers, and make the role your own while benefiting from a friendly and supportive environment. Key Responsibilities Shape the Paraplanning Function Work closely with advisers to deliver comprehensive financial analysis and tailored suitability reports. Lead the development of workflows and processes, including managing the firm’s back-office systems (Intelligent Office). Support Adviser and Client Success Conduct research, compile recommendations, and ensure FCA compliance across all operations. Provide an approachable and professional point of contact for clients, ensuring outstanding service delivery. Contribute to Investment Strategy Participate in the Investment Committee and assist with the development of third-party investment strategies. Utilise TimelineTech for accurate cash flow modelling and client data analysis. Key Skills & Experience Diploma in Financial Planning (working toward Advanced Diploma preferred). At least 2 years’ experience in Paraplanning, with strong knowledge of investment, pension, and life products. Exceptional analytical, administrative, and communication skills.
