Corporate Account Senior (Audit) Shropshire £28k - £38k doe Plus excellent benefits A prestigious Shrewsbury organisation is looking to recruit Corporate Account Senior to join its growing but well-established team. This is a great opportunity for an Accounts Senior or executive who wants to further develop their skills and broaden their experience. The main purpose of the role is in the delivery of audit and assurance assignments within agreed budgeted timescales and in accordance with the International Standards on Auditing (UK and Ireland). Key Skills and Experience required Be fully or part qualified ACCA or ACA Strong understanding of accounting standards including good working knowledge of FRS 102 Have previous knowledge of CaseWare Have experience of preparing charity accounts (desired) Have excellent project management skills to be confident managing multiple assignments at any one time Have strong communication skills and the ability to delegate and coach more junior team members Essential Duties Responsible for project managing the financial reporting process for the audit teams growing client base Preparation of financial statements and statutory tax returns in accordance with reporting requirements and deadlines Identify opportunities for improvement to client reporting and taxation.
