Legal Cashier Tunbridge Wells Salary - £28,000k - £30,000k (initial 6-month FTC) Monday - Friday, Full time We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Legal Cashier to join our finance team. In this role, you will share responsibility for managing all day-to-day financial procedures, ensuring the smooth operation of both client and office accounts. You will liaise with clients and other departments regarding financial matters, assist with month-end and year-end accounting processes, and support audits and regulatory compliance to ensure adherence to Solicitors Accounts Rules (SAR) and firm policies. Duties include: Shared responsibility for all day to day aspects of the financial procedures. Process client and office account payments, receipts, and transfers. Ensure compliance with Solicitors Accounts Rules (SAR) and firm policies. Perform bank reconciliations and assist in preparing financial reports. Liaise with clients and other departments on financial matters. Assist with month-end and year-end accounting procedures. Provide support with audits and regulatory compliance.Skills & Experience: Previous experience as a Legal Cashier (minimum 1-2 years preferred) Knowledge of Solicitors Accounts Rules (SAR) Strong attention to detail and accuracy Excellent communication and organisational skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlinesPlease APPLY NOW for immediate consideration.
