We are currently seeking exceptional teachers to join our team on a supply basis, catering to Early Years, Key Stage 1, and Key Stage 2. Your new role Deliver pre-planned lessons and effectively manage classroom activities in the absence of the regular teacher. Adapt to various classroom environments and age groups. Implement effective classroom management strategies to ensure a positive learning atmosphere. Support students in their learning, providing additional help as needed to ensure they understand the material. Maintain open communication with staff, reporting on student progress and any issues encountered throughout the day. What you'll need to succeed Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) Experience working within a primary school setting. Excellent classroom management skills. Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
