Year 3 Teacher • Annual Salary: Negotiable Rates - MPS/UPS • Location: Croydon & Sutton • Job Type: Full-Time We are seeking an enthusiastic Year 3 Teacher to join our dynamic and forward-thinking educational community. In this role, you will ignite young minds and foster a love for learning, making a lasting impact on the lives of our students. Day-to-day of the role: • Develop and deliver engaging and interactive lessons that cater to diverse learning needs, ensuring all students are challenged and supported. • Regularly assess student progress, provide constructive feedback, and maintain accurate records of their achievements. • Build strong relationships with parents/guardians through open communication, parent-teacher conferences, and regular updates on student progress. • Contribute to the wider school community through participation in extracurricular activities, school events, and professional development opportunities. Required Skills & Qualifications: • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent certification. • Experience or specialisation in early years education or Year 3 instruction is highly desirable. • A genuine passion for working with young children and the ability to create a nurturing and stimulating learning environment. • Strong skills in lesson planning, student assessment, and parent-teacher communication.
