Finance Manager

Finance Manager Warrington £55,000-£65,000pa 4 or 5 days per week I am working exclusively with a brilliant organisation to appoint a Finance Manager. The purpose of this role is to lead the day to day finance operations to enable the delivery of their financial growth plans and plans for development. £15m t/o business. Key responsibilities: Overseeing the day-to-day finance operations, overseeing a small team of 3 staff Payroll for 100 staff, working on SAGE50 Production of budgets and financial reports Overseeing the month and year end reporting Cash flow management Undertaking finance projects Identifying areas of improvement within the finance function and implementing changes Overseeing completion of balance sheet reconciliations The ideal candidate will have the following skills, experience and attributes: Previous experience working within a Finance Manager position - an excellent and well experienced people manager Well-rounded finance experience A "hands-on" approach - willing to get stuck in with transactional tasks when needed The ability to implement processes within a challenging environment Excellent motivator and team manager Qualified or qualified by experience Excellent IT literacy and well-experienced in using finance systems Payroll experience In return you will receive a competitive salary of £55,000-£65,000pa, hybrid working, company pension, onsite parking and many more This client will also consider candidates who are looking to work 4 days as well as 5.
