Job Title: Behaviour Buddy Location: Ashford Are you passionate about making a positive impact in the lives of young people? We are seeking a dedicated and resilient Behaviour Support Buddy to join a school in Ashford. This role involves supporting students who face challenges with behavior, helping them to develop positive strategies, and promoting a constructive learning environment. Responsibilities: Support and implement behaviour plans. Monitor, record, and report on behaviours. Assist in de-escalating crises and managing challenging behaviours. Collaborate with staff on behaviour strategies. Encourage positive social skills and behaviours. Maintain confidentiality and participate in training.
