Salary – £32-38k – Dependent on property experience Personal development plans Share Scheme Bonus Enhanced Pension Plans Key Responsibilities: Management of client property portfolio Ensuring the accurate reconciliation of service charge incomes and expenditures Management of cash-flow and funding Attend external client meetings Oversee the upkeep of property & leases data on financial systems Ensuring all SLAs and KPIs are met and adhered too Assisting with Ad Hoc tasks when neccessary Person Specific Being a strong and self motivated individual Ideally possessing a strong technical report background Strong excel skills is a must Strong experience of stakeholder management AAT qualified or QBE If you are interested in the role, please send your application through.
