Job Description
Product Manager Location: Central Manchester (Hybrid) Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 Join a Manchester-based start-up revolutionising how technology can enhance financial well-being This innovative mobile network combines cutting-edge connectivity with tools designed to help customers build their credit scores through regular, on-time payments. As Product Manager , you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the product vision and strategy, identifying customer problems, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful solutions. You’ll own the product backlog, drive prioritisation, and ensure successful delivery to delight customers and achieve business goals. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate closely with the CEO, COO, and SVP Product to create and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap. Partner with the Dev Team, UX designers, Data Engineers, and customers to define and deliver the product backlog. Define and prioritise product features and requirements based on customer needs, market trends, and business objectives. Map and optimise the user journey to ensure customers achieve their goals effectively. Manage the product life cycle, including updates and enhancements, ensuring ongoing competitiveness and relevance. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and challenges. Gather and analyse customer feedback to inform product decisions and improvements. Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies to stay ahead of the curve. Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and support for the product roadmap. About You: At least 3 years of experience as a Product Manager , ideally working with cross-functional teams. Strong customer focus with some experience in user experience and outcome optimisation. Proven experience in digital product delivery, agile methodologies, and change management. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and writing skills (both internal and customer-facing). Skilled at managing internal and external stakeholders. Thrive in fast-paced environments with shifting priorities, demonstrating resilience in overcoming challenges. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively. Experience working with teams across time zones.
