Exciting Career Opportunity: Solicitor/ Associate Solicitor in Serious and Catastrophic Injury Salary Range: £45,000 - £55,00 Experience Required: 1-5 PQE Join a well renowned Legal 500 law firm in their Serious and Catastrophic Injury team. This role offers unparalleled flexibility, allowing you to work remotely or from their strategically situated Warwick office. As a key member of the team, you will handle a varied personal injury caseload, primarily focusing on multi-track cases, and collaborate closely with senior colleagues on complex, high-value catastrophic injury matters. The Candidate We are looking for a talented Solicitor or Associate Solicitor (1 -5 PQE) with Claimant Serious Injury experience. The ideal candidate will be able to work both collaboratively and independently, handling and supporting on a diverse range of high-value, multi-track cases. The Role The firm specialises in serious injury, only taking on high value, complex files. You will be managing your own caseload of multi-track files that will consist of files such as head and brain injury, spinal injury and amputation. You will also assist other senior solicitors and partners with their high value caseload, giving you exposure to a wide range of work. Your caseload will also be smaller than what is usually typical, think around 8-12 files at any one time. There are also no billing targets, you are encouraged to work collectively as a team to ensure the best possible outcome for your clients.
