The Company My client is a Boutique Healthcare Group that has multiple sites across Berkshire, Buckinghamshire and Surrey. They have secured considerable investment that will allow this reputable successful brand to develop to the next level. The Role The Head of Operations role is instrumental in driving the growth and development of the business. This role requires an accomplished leader that thrives on being both strategic and “hands on". People management will be at the heart of this role, the company are looking for a proven background in leading experienced and competent managers, as well as being able to support all members of the teams which range from early career employees to experienced clinicians. An understanding of the importance in driving excellence in patient/ customer journeys as well a proven background in revenue growth is essential. Previous experience of working within a regulated or clinical environment would be an advantage. This role will be pivotal in the business development and growth of current sites as well as being able to ensure that systems and processes are in place to support additional expansion plans. It would be ideally suited to a candidate that has had experience of running multi- sited outlets. You will need to be a true people person and thrive on interacting with and getting the best out of those around you. Dealing with complex situations proactively with diplomacy will be second nature to you.
