Job Title: Permanent Consultant – Industrial & Driving Sectors Location: Basildon, Essex (Office-Based) We are seeking a driven and dynamic Permanent Consultant to join our team and spearhead business development efforts within the Industrial and Driving sectors. As part of a renowned recruitment company, you will have the opportunity to leverage our established client base to build relationships, secure new business, and drive success in an expanding market. Key Responsibilities: Develop and grow a new driving desk, focusing on both permanent and temporary recruitment. Engage in business development by identifying and attracting new clients while nurturing existing relationships for repeat business. Source, screen, and place candidates for various driving and industrial roles. Collaborate closely with the team to meet monthly and quarterly targets. Ensure exceptional service delivery to clients and candidates, maintaining a strong reputation for quality. Contribute to the expansion of the driving sector, particularly in Essex, with potential to grow into regions such as Kent and Suffolk. Candidate Requirements: 12-18 months of recruitment experience, ideally with exposure to prestigious recruitment companies like Hays or Reed, whose training and structure will serve as a solid foundation for success. A proactive approach with the ability to quickly learn, adapt, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and business development skills, with the ability to engage with both clients and candidates effectively. Highly self-motivated, with a strong hunger for success and growth. Knowledge of the Driving and Industrial sectors is advantageous. Ability to work independently while contributing to a team-oriented environment. Why Join Us?
