New Opportunity for a Senior UC Sales Executive Salary: £50-60k (double ote more as a really good commission structure) Are you a dynamic and driven sales professional with a passion for Unified Communications (UC)? A modern, open-plan office is conveniently located in the heart of London, near multiple transport hubs, creating a friendly and social work environment, regular team events and a strong focus on work/life balance. ☎️ As part of a high-performing sales team, you'll be responsible for: ✅ Identifying, sourcing, and pipelining new business opportunities. ✅ Building and nurturing relationships with clients to tailor solutions that meet their needs. ✅ Acting as an Account Manager for on-boarded clients, maintaining long-term partnerships. ✅ Proactively identifying cross-selling opportunities and collaborating with colleagues. ✅ Leveraging networking, LinkedIn, email, and other techniques to qualify new leads. ✅ Contributing to team success by sharing knowledge, mentoring junior team members, and achieving KPIs. What You’ll Bring At least 3 years of experience selling Unified Communications (UC) to SME and mid-market clients. A consistent record of generating £15K–£20K GP per month. Confidence presenting complex solutions to C-level decision-makers. In-depth knowledge of the UC industry and its evolving technologies. A collaborative, team-first mindset to support and celebrate success across the business. Bonus Points for: Experience with UC products like 3CX, MS Teams, or similar. Knowledge of Call Centre solutions, PCI & Mifid compliance, or MS Teams integration. Why Join?
